Returns

You can let us know that you want to return your products to us within 14 days of receipt. Then you have 14 days to return it.

Report return shipment

First, contact us at mail@studioditte.nl to report the return shipment and state your order number here. You will receive a confirmation with a return address.

Return shipments outside NL

Returns are only free of charge within the Netherlands. From other countries it is possible to return products at your own expense.

Refund the purchase

It is important that the products are returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Once we have received the products in good order, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days.
